As Collision Center Manager, you’ll lead daily shop operations, ensuring quality repairs, efficient workflow, and great customer experiences. You’ll manage staff, optimize processes, and build strong relationships with customers and insurance partners.   • Base Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

YOUR ROLE

  • People Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise technicians and support staff. Schedule and assign work to maximize efficiency. Enforce safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance. Establish clear performance standards and hold technicians directly accountable to schedules and quality controls without micro-managing. Maintain an immaculate, highly organized, and safe shop facility.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand service needs, and assess vehicle damage. Communicate repair plans, estimates, and timelines to customers and insurance adjusters. Address customer concerns and ensure professional service throughout.
  • Repair Planning: Drive daily production, manage repair workflows, and find creative technical solutions to complete complex passenger and commercial/RV jobs on time. e. Obtain repair authorizations and maintain proper documentation. Generate and manage invoices; ensure billing accuracy. Maintain service records and ensure adherence to OEM and industry standards. Ensure repair files are complete and accurate. Partner closely with our Operations Director to align on daily scheduling, parts logistics, and company goals.
  • Business Development and Commercial Sales: Actively hit the pavement alongside our Business Development Director to prospect door-to-door for new B2B commercial, corporate, and fleet accounts. Build and protect long-term partnerships with local fleet managers and businesses. Handle commercial sales rejection with high resiliency, viewing every no as just a stepping stone to a partnership.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Knowledge: Minimum 3 years of experience in a collision repair shop in a leadership or management role, such as an Auto Body Shop Manager, Service Manager Collision Shop Manager, Body Shop Manager, General Manager, or Regional Manager. Superior leadership skills proven through consistency and accountability. Prior experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) preferred. An entrepreneurial spirit displayed in self-motivation and professional growth.
  • Skills: Proven track record of managing a physical shop floor, scheduling technicians, and maintaining high accountability standards. Strong comfort level with face-to-face B2B sales prospecting and customer relationship management. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a resilient, solutions-oriented mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff and customers. Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Ability: Ability to pass a felony / misdemeanor background check.
