Job Title: Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Omaha, NE or Kansas City, MO | Hybrid (in-office with some flexibility) Limited regional travel required – mileage reimbursed.

Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Job Overview:

Central Body Company is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing efforts across multiple locations. This hybrid role is perfect for someone looking to get hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand development. You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Specialist and company leadership to help execute campaigns, organize content, and support multimedia efforts.

This is an in-office role with flexibility for occasional remote work. Limited travel to our Omaha and Kansas City locations may be required (mileage reimbursed).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Help coordinate content creation, including gathering images, writing captions, and brainstorming post ideas.
• Support the marketing team with basic photo and video shoots at shop locations.
• Organize and maintain digital assets such as photos, videos, and campaign files.
• Assist with data entry, customer insights reporting, and light administrative marketing tasks.
• Help ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and local staff to support ongoing marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; some college or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Interest or experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand support.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing trends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic photography or video editing knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to work in-office and travel locally as needed (mileage reimbursed).
